You can make any changes to the number of rooms, nights, or names to your reservation up to 15 days before the initial trip date with no extra fees.

A one-night deposit might be needed to hold the rooms/services depending on the hotel policy.
The full amount of the reservation will be collected 15 days before the initial trip date.
Any reductions due to changes will be refunded back to the form of payment initially used.
Pre-paid Hotel Bookings:
Global Elite Travel LLC provides pre-paid room accommodations and other travel services.
The credit card provided will be charged in full/deposit for setting up, negotiating, arranging, confirming, and providing the ability for you to receive pre-paid room accommodations.
The rate and availability stated are subject to change without notice. The price indicated will not include any hotel fees/resort fees that will only be collected by the hotel.
Global Elite Travel makes every effort to ensure that the information we provide is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected changes that may occur as a result of actions taken by our contracted wholesalers or search engines.

While there is no guarantee that Global Elite Travel LLC will be able to accommodate the requested changes, we will make every effort to adjust, change, and seek our customers' utmost satisfaction. Global Elite Travel LLC will not be held accountable for any unexpected changes controlled by our contracted suppliers or search engines. Changes made after the final accommodation/service are agreed upon, but 15 business days before the check-in date, a fee will not be assessed. Changes made after that are not guaranteed to be fulfilled and will be based on the availability/supplier policy. Any reductions due to changes will be refunded within 10 business days.

Deadline for Cancellation:
For hotel bookings, clients have the option to make changes in names, dates, or number of rooms without incurring any charges, as long as the request is made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date.
Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made within this deadline.
Cancellation Fees or Penalties:
In the event that a cancellation is requested after the deadline, a penalty may apply as per the policies of our suppliers and hotels.
The exact penalty will be communicated by the client account Manager.
It's important to note that these penalties vary on a case-by-case basis and are beyond our control.
However, we guarantee to work diligently to ensure that no penalty applies in case of emergencies.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used for booking, such as the card charged or the same payment method used by the client.
If the client has other future bookings with us, a credit note will be issued, which can be used as credit towards fulfilling future reservations.
