As we know that sometimes plans change before the event starts, we ensure to provide you with the most convenient and flexible bookings. You can make any changes to the number of rooms, nights, or names to your reservation up to 15 days before the check-in date with no extra fees. All changes must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to the Global Elite Travel at reservations@globalelitetravel.com or by calling 800-592-0822 Payment Method: A one-night deposit might be needed to hold the rooms depending on the hotel policy. The full amount of the reservation will be collected 15 days before the check-in date. Any reductions due to changes will be refunded back to the same credit card that was initially used.
